Contact MobileZone

MobileZone welcomes corrections. Prices change with the market, pages sometimes break, and models sometimes go missing — reader reports are the fastest way those get fixed.

What to report

The most useful reports are: a listed price that no longer matches the market (with the shop price you saw and the date), a phone model that is missing from the catalogue, a photo that shows the wrong model, or a link on the site that does not work. The more specific the report — model name, page, and what you saw — the faster it can be checked.

How to get a correction checked

Every report is checked against official brand sources or reputable Pakistan price trackers before anything changes, under the same rules in the Editorial Policy. Unverified figures are never published, even when reported in good faith.

Contact channel

MobileZone does not currently publish a direct contact email address, to avoid spam. A dedicated contact channel will be published on this page when it is set up. Until then, the fastest way to protect yourself from a wrong price is the standing advice on every page: confirm the final price at a shop before buying.

What MobileZone cannot do

MobileZone cannot sell you a phone, reserve stock, negotiate a shop price, pay PTA tax for you, or check an IMEI on your behalf. For PTA and IMEI checks, use the official DIRBS system (see the PTA approval guide).
