Editorial Policy

MobileZone's rule is simple: publish only what can be checked, and label everything else. This page documents how that rule is applied.

Price sourcing

Current prices come from official brand sources first, and from reputable Pakistan price trackers where the brand's own listing is unavailable. Discontinued models use their last official Pakistan price, labelled with its update date. A model with no reliable Pakistan price is shown as “Price not confirmed” — never with a converted, estimated, or guessed figure.

Specifications

Phone pages show only specifications present in the catalogue: price, RAM, storage, main camera, battery, 5G support and photo. Display type, chipset, front camera, charging speed, operating system, dimensions, weight, colours, PTA status and warranty are not yet listed per phone, and the pages say so openly instead of filling them in.

Photos

Photos come from official brand sources only and must show the phone itself (a clean product shot). Advertisement or marketing visuals are not used, and a photo is never taken from a competitor site, a search engine, or generated artificially.

No paid placement

No brand or shop pays for placement, ranking, or a better description on MobileZone. There are no scored reviews and no winner badges: comparison shows confirmed data side by side and lets the reader decide.

PTA content

PTA tax content follows the published FBR duty structure and always carries the note that final duties are confirmed through the official PTA/DIRBS process. Estimates are labelled as estimates, and IMEI data is never collected, sent, or stored.

Corrections

Corrections are checked against a source before they are published, and the price update date changes when a price changes. A reader report alone is never enough to change a listed figure.

Frequently asked questions

Where do MobileZone prices come from?
Official brand sources first, then reputable Pakistan price trackers. Discontinued models use their last official Pakistan price, labelled with its date.
Why do some phones say “Price not confirmed”?
Because no reliable Pakistan price could be found for that model. Guessing a price would be worse than showing none.
Do brands pay for better placement?
No. There is no paid placement, no scored review, and no winner badge anywhere on the site.
